Field Categories
Learn about the types of fields available in the application configuration process.
Fields are used to match your source data to your destination data. There are several types of fields inside of your configuration and each operates in a slightly different way.
Mandatory Fields
Mandatory fields are always locked and are required for the application to function.

Required Fields
We get you started with required fields that lay the foundation for a good data structure. These fields must be matched to fields in your destination.

Custom Fields
Custom fields are where the magic happens. Choose which source data you want to pass through and match it to a destination field.

Reference Fields
Some applications or tiers have dynamic referencing capabilities which require reference fields. These advanced fields allow for very powerful data structures to be established by connecting multiple collections together.
